Enonte Innovation Labs: Building World-Class Enterprise AI From Sri Lanka
Meet Kasun Weerasooriya, CEO, and Sachithra Wijayasingha, CTO and COO of Enonte Innovation Labs — two engineers who grew tired of watching brilliant teams drown in data and decided to build a lifeline.
The Problem They Knew Too Well
Picture a data center at 2AM somewhere in the world.
An exhausted engineer stares at twelve different dashboards. Thousands of alerts blink and scream, and none of them say anything useful. The coffee has gone cold. The eyes are burning. And the one question nobody can answer is the most important one: what actually caused the problem?
Kasun felt it. Sachithra felt it. Their entire team felt it.
Instead of accepting it as “just how IT works,” they built the answer.
Two AI Platforms
Right here in Sri Lanka, the duo led a powerhouse engineering team to create two AI platforms aimed at changing how enterprise infrastructure is managed.
Nexvanta is a single intelligent layer that sees the entire tech stack. It detects anomalies, predicts failures, and — critically — explains what went wrong and what to do next. No more dashboard hopping. Just answers.
Enonte Pulse is a deep-diving AI heartbeat for VMware environments. It thinks like a senior engineer, spotting patterns, forecasting capacity, and isolating root causes, so teams do not have to lose sleep over it.
In Their Own Words
Kasun sums up the problem simply:
“Engineers should not have to spend hours moving between dashboards just to understand the root cause of a problem.”
Sachithra adds the reasoning behind it:
“We built it to reduce downtime, reduce engineer burnout, and help service providers deliver a better experience to their customers.”
That second point is worth noting. Burnout among infrastructure engineers is a real and costly problem, and few tools are designed with it explicitly in mind.
A Statement as Much as a Product
Two people, one shared mission — to prove that world-class enterprise AI can, and should, be built from Sri Lanka.
For the startup Sri Lanka community, that matters. Enterprise infrastructure software is a demanding category, dominated by large international vendors. Building credible products in that space from Colombo is a genuine achievement.
This is not just a product launch. It is a statement. And the world is listening.
